In March 1998 in Geneva a meeting of «European Trade Leaders Club» was held. The club is an authoritative international organization, promoting the development of business and establishment of contacts between the firms and the businessmen of all countries.
Annually this organization carries out the awarding of the prize «For the best trade mark». The winner is determined on inquiry among the customers and owners of the companies - applicants.
In 1998 on competition for this prize the Azerbaijan-British JV «AzEuroTel» was put forward . Due to high image, quality and level showing provision of services «AzEuroTel» JV was awarded the prize " For the best trade mark ".
In ceremonies on the occasion of the prize presentation participated the prestigious firms and enterprises from 25 countries of the world, and also the representatives of the diplomatic corps and officials, the activity of which conserns user sector.The presentation of such a high prize to «AzEuroTel» testifies to the growing image of the Azerbaijan companies in the European market.
