Technical Planning Department

The objectives of the department are:

Planning and preparation of projects, performance and technical specifications for projects under construction, expansion and reconstruction of active communication objects, planning of technical development of AzEuroTel JV in Baku city and in the whole territory of Azerbaijan Republic.
Drawing up and preparation of technical documentation for the participation and conduction of competitions and tenders on designing, construction or reconstruction and etc.
