Being one of the main departments of AzEuroTel JV, the Subscriber Department forms its activity through direct relations with its clients. The main responsibilities of the department are: timely collection of subscriber and calls fees for current telephones, direct communication channel services, paper work for new telephone installation, reduction of accounts receivable to the minimum and etc.
The department constantly carries out the works on certification of distribution cabinets and line structure.
The computerization of subscriber and calls fees reached its final stage. Its complete realization will enable to improve the subscriber service, as well provide timely and qualitative implementation of financial activities.
