3rd International Conference Caspian Telecoms is held from 14 April to 17 April 2004 in Istanbul, Turkey.
2nd International Exhibition on Telecommunication, Informational and Computer Technology of Turkey, Caspian region and Central Asia is also held in the frame of the Conference.
