At the beginning of 2001 the telecommunication company AzEuroTel has been nominated to receive the International Award “Golden Star for Management Merit” by the Worldwide Marketing Organization. This award is granted every year to those companies and professionals that have achieved an outstanding performance due to the quality of their product and services. The award has been created in order to stimulate companies’ growth, that in spite of global economic difficulties continue keeping a high level of their product quality and service professionalism. Rewarding ceremony took place at a solemn banquet at the Krystal Hotel, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico on July 7th, 2001.

The ceremony was visited by high-ranking officials from the World of Culture, Press Media, Marketing and Art in America, Africa, Europe and Asia as well as the Board of Directors of the Worldwide Marketing Organization has also participated at this event. Mr. Akhmedov Oktay, AzEuroTel JV Deputy General Director presented our company at this Rewarding Ceremony.
