Despite all efforts undertaken by the company administration to normalize relations with the Azerbaijan Ministry of Communications we have to inform that since July 28, 2003 another action directed at discrediting AzEuroTel JV image is begun. As usual was chosen cutting of channels, the most primitive and unhealthy method for our subscribers.
   It's already a week since this opposition began - on the one hand AzEuroTel technical staff that puts forth all efforts to provide his customers with high quality telecommunication services, and from the other hand - intentional restriction of access to areas and Azercell in light of which our customers face difficulties in reaching these directions.
   Nobody is allowed to violate consumer rights and to one-sidedly cut off channels thus exerting pressure upon AzEuroTel activity.
