On 12-18 October 2003 the world telecommunication exhibition ITU TELECOM WORLD 2003 arranged by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) will be held in Geneva, Switzerland. The world telecommunication exhibition under the aegis of the ITU is one of the leading ones in the world, being held once in four years and is a show of achievements in the field of telecommunications.
   By the invitation of the ITU AzEuroTel JV will participate at the exhibition for the second time.
   More than 900 telecommunication companies and firm-manufacturers of telecommunication equipment are expected to take part in this event. It should be noted that from CIS countries only Russia will be represented by some large companies, and Azerbaijan - by AzEuroTel JV.
   In AzEuroTel stand (hall 2 stand #2061) in exhibition complex PALEXPO, Geneva the visitors may get acquainted with the activity of the company and take advantage of the communication services provided by the company: making calls (using VoIP technology) to any place in the world, using Internet via high-speed channels, participating in video conferencing.
   During the exhibition on 15 October 2003 AzEuroTel JV will have the day of Azerbaijan that will first be held in the stand where all visitors may closely get acquainted with the activity of the company, as well as with our country, our national peculiarities and traditions.
   In the evening of the same day it is planned to hold a reception in one of the Genevan hotels, with the participation of official ITU executives, executives of leading telecommunication companies, officials of the Azerbaijan Representative office in Switzerland.
