- АЕТ Comfort Package is applicable to the existent users of Digital television.
Directions for Use of “Comfort” Package
1. “Comfort” package includes two services:
а) Internet access with 2Mbit/s speed and 6 GB capacity
б) IP-TV – more than 70 TV - channels in 5 languages
2. “Comfort” package is used during one month.
3. When subscriber concludes contract and pays the package price - 24 AZN, the personal account is registered, however, he gets access to this service at the moment of this service activation and from that moment the time counting of “Comfort” package using starts.
4. Internet Access Service with 2Mbit/s speed and 6 GB capacity (Gigabyte) of “Comfort” package will be interrupted upon the month expiration of this package used by client regardless whether client used or did not use the paid traffic;
а) Unused traffic will not be transferred to the next month.
б) If client used 6GB traffic earlier than package deadline is over he is provided with an opportunity to use additional 6 GB traffic till the package deadline upon the rate of 0,004 AZN per 1 MB, what is confirmed by client in written at the time of contract concluding in the following way: «I undertake to pay the whole additional traffic which will be used by me till the end of package validity period”.
5. IP-TV Service of “Comfort” package will be provided during 1 month. Еxceptionally for clients’ convenience therewith if the date of package validity period end (1 month) comes to weekends or holidays, when subscriber department is closed, this service is extended to 5 days more after the expiration of package validity period.
If client pays for this service during 5 days after the expiration of package validity period, the validity period will be extended to one more month with consideration of these days.

On Diagnostics and Solving of Problems
While Connecting Internet via ADSL Technology
1. Equipment connection.
1.1. Equipment required for connection to Internet via ADSL technology
The following items are necessary for connection to Internet via ADSL technology:
- Computer
- ADSL-modem
- SET-Top box
- Splitter
- Set of cables for connection of modem to telephone network
Computer
Minimum requirements to computer:
- 2,4 GHz Pentium 4 CPU
- 256MB RAM
- Network Interface Card with Ethernet 10Base-T interface (while connecting through Ethernet-cable)
- Operating system any of the following: Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Macintosh
ADSL-modem (hereafter as “modem”) - provides high-speed connection of personal computer to Internet through telephone line
Splitter — device detaching voice signal frequencies from frequencies used by modem. So, the interference of modem and telephone set is excluded. (Telephone set is always free)
SET-TOP box – decoder which is used for IP-signal conversion to video signal.
Telephone line — run of cable which connects telephone jack, installed in user’s apartment, with equipment of City Exchange.
When requesting connection to Internet via ADSL technology from Exchange the cross connection of telephone line is made so that there will be provided simultaneous work of telephone and Internet access availability.
Cables — UTP cable cat-5 (for modem with four ports — Ethernet).
Additionally telephone cable is required for connection of modem to telephone line.

- Modem is connected to splitter through “MODEM” connector and splitter to free telephone jack through “LINE” connector by using telephone cables from delivery package.
- Telephone set is connected to splitter through “PHONE” connector. If old-pattern jacks (five-pin) are installed in your apartment in this case it will be necessary to obtain eurojack adaptor (RJ11).
- Attention! It is impossible to connect telephone sets bypassing splitter and special filter. They have to be connected after splitter and filter.
- Splitter does not influence on work of telephone and while being correctly connected telephone set would work likewise it works before splitter installation.
- In case if telephone is not working after splitter is switched on please see “Possible Problems”.
- Modem is connected to computer via applicable cable (USB or Ethernet) depending on modem type.
2. Possible Problems
2.1 Telephone is not working after splitter is switched on
Solution: The problem could be generated because of some telephone sets particularly made in Germany which are not certified for sales at our markets and use two outer cables instead of two average veins of telephone (splitter/microfilter - namely tailored for this). In this case it will be necessary to convert telephone jacks wiring to which are connected splitters and modem as well as connecting cable via which telephone set is switched on.
2.2. Connection interrupts with Internet when call is incoming to telephone or while trying to make a call. If there is not a call to telephone, everything works.
Solution: This error often occurs if not all telephone sets in apartment (or office) were connected through splitter. Please check the diagram of your connection with diagram provided in this manual.
2.3. Internet connection cannot be established.
1. Make sure that modem is correctly connected to telephone set and computer. Indicators on the modem should light according to instructions below:
-
Indication light “ADSL” should be solid. If it is blinking, the synchronization did not occur.
a) you should check that cable is correctly connected to the modem.
b) it is possible that there are telephone sets in the apartment (or office) which are connected to the network not through the splitter.
c) there may be breakage in telephone lines, check for beeper.
d) or modem is frozen. You should restart the modem (unplug adapter from power system and connect again in 30 seconds).
e) there may be breakage or poor contact in telephone lines or Exchange.
Indication light “ Power” should be solid. If it does not light you should check outlet for power or change the adapter.
- Indication light “ LAN” ( Ethernet) should be solid, if not, check:
а) correctness of connection between modem and computer;
b) if network adapter is connected
- Indication light “ Internet” ) should be solid green. If it is red :
а) service was terminated for debt;
b) or “ Login” or “ Password” has been changed. (You should reconfigure the modem).
3. Equipment connection diagram for IP-TV service.

- SET TOP box ( AMINET 110) should be connected to modem through UTP cable,
- SET-TOP box should be connected to TV through either A/V cable or RF cable.
- The easiest method is connection through A/V cable.
Connection algorithm:
1) Connect A/V – cable to AmiNet 110 Unit and your TV.
2) Connect Ethernet cable to AmiNet 110 Unit and modem.
3)Connect power module.
3.1. IP TV does not work. Possible problems.
- There is indicator on the front panel of AmiNet 110 Unit, which indicates power supply. If indicator does not light:
solution: you should change the power adapter.
- During connection of AmiNet 110 Unit, Amino interface should be displayed on TV screen, if not:
solution: you should check the connection between Amino and TV, and also availability of electric power supply.
- Channel number appears on TV screen but image is not available:
solution: you should check the connection between modem and AmiNet 110 Unit.
If the Unit connected through RF cable (antenna lead), firstly you should set a channel on TV for searching Amino (when Amino found, Amino interface will be displayed on TV screen).
Only after this you can search for TV channels on Amino.
4.Please, beware of.
- Unstable voltage (220V). You should provide electric power supply from Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).
- Restarting modem by pressing «RESET» button (you should unplug modem from network by pulling out the adapter from outlet).
- Trying to connect modem through WEB interface of TelNет.
- In no event do not press TV button on remote control panel of AmiNET 110 Unit (top-right button on the panel)
