1. Subscribers final equipment price (telephones, payphone devices and etc.) is not included in tariffs.
2. Subscriber pays charges on all linear materials during individual cable lines laying (cable, stand, hook, works and etc.) by drawing up the separate estimate while concluding the agreement.
3. Payment for laying and monthly subscriber payment on each additional intermediate part while two or more intermediate connecting and direct communication lines is paid on the base of 4, 5, 41, 42 points of Part 1.
4. Other services payment, provided to subscribers, is regulated in accord to Telephone communication utilization regulations.

- 25 % discount is provided on fixed tariffs upon long distance and international telephone calls (excluding payphones) in work days, days off and holidays from 00:00 to 08:00.
International communication services are provided upon the tariffs, established by Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of Azerbaijan Republic.
